Information you provide
When you use a contact or project form, CodeCradle Technologies receives the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, project context, and message. Do not submit confidential credentials, secrets, or regulated data through these forms.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, assess whether CodeCradle can help, protect the forms from abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website. It is not used for automated decision-making or sold as a mailing list.
Service providers
The production website may use Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, an SMTP provider for email delivery, a distributed rate-limit provider, and Cal.com when you choose to load the booking flow. Their handling is governed by their terms and the configuration selected for launch.
Retention and access
Enquiry emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact hello@codecradle.tech. Requests may require identity verification.
Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Providers may process information in more than one country. The final deployment configuration and contractual arrangements should be reviewed against applicable obligations.
Changes
This policy may change when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised when material changes are published.
