THE COMPANY

A serious engineering partner for systems that now include AI.

CodeCradle has operated since 2019, before the current wave of model-enabled products changed what companies expected from software. The team’s foundation is the less fashionable work that makes those products dependable: interfaces, APIs, databases, application architecture, integrations, permissions, deployment, and business logic.

Today that foundation extends into agents, retrieval, model integrations, voice systems, MCP servers, and automation. The distinction matters. Good model behavior cannot compensate for weak application boundaries, missing recovery paths, or software no one can operate.

The company has delivered more than 30 projects through an approximately 20-person engineering team, serving clients across the UK, US, and UAE. Some relationships have continued across multiple years. Public client logos, testimonials, and case studies are intentionally absent because much of the work is subject to NDA constraints.

ENGINEERING PHILOSOPHY

The model is a component. The product is the system.

01

Extend before replacing

Existing products contain valuable behavior and operating knowledge. Rebuilding is a decision, not a reflex.

02

Use AI where it earns its place

Deterministic code remains the right choice for predictable rules. Flexible model behavior belongs where it solves a real problem.

03

Keep consequential judgment visible

Permissions, approval, fallbacks, and accountability are designed around the work rather than delegated to a prompt.

04

Build for production evidence

Representative evaluation, logs, failure review, and real use inform what the system becomes after launch.

NEXT STEP

Bring us the system, workflow, or product that needs to change.

We’ll help define the smallest sound way forward, then build it with the surrounding software in view.
